Shipping policy

Unless otherwise requested, we ship all orders via UPS Ground in order for the equipment to arrive four (4) business days prior to your event (e.g. Tuesday arrival for a Saturday event.)

To avoid late fees, we ask for the equipment to be shipped back to us no later than 2 business days after your event date.

Rush orders and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur additional charges.
